Nothing in these Terms shall limit pko99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
pko99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on pko99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pko99 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
You may close your pko99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pko99's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
